Sony China confirms Xperia Z4 Announcement on 26 May

The Xperia Z4 will be officially announced on May 26, according to Sony China. The premiere is scheduled to take place in some countries only including Hong Kong, India and Taiwan. Hopefully a global release is just around the corner.

Unofficial Xposed For Lollipop Touchwiz With Flashable Zip

XDA Recognized Developer arter97 has released an unofficial build for touchwiz based lollipop 5.0 roms in the form of an universally flashable zip. The touchwiz rom still needs to be deodexed, so this will not work on stock, unmodified roms. There is also no support for x64 and touchwiz based on lollipop 5.1 yet.

Android Factory Reset Security Flaw

In research from Cambridge University, it has been discovered that an estimated 500 million Android devices do not completely wipe data when a factory reset is run. Researchers stated they were able to recover login credentials, text messages, emails and contacts even after a reset had been performed.
