Nokia Plots 2016 Return to Phone Market

Once a market leader, Nokia lost its impact and is now a small division of Microsoft. Makers of legendary 3310 and X series are reportedly set to return to phone business. According to reports by <re/code>, the Finnish OEM is planning to return to the phone market next year.

YouTube Data API v2 Retired

With the Youtube Data API v3 now having had comments, captions and RSS push notification added, only video flagging remains to be migrated from API v2. As such v2 has now been retired and will be shut down soon. Youtube has warned users today that their apps should be migrated as soon as possible.

Sony Xperia Z3 Lollipop Framework Ported to CM12

Android 5.0 for Xperia has a unique look and feel. You don't have to get a Sony device to try it however, as XDA Senior Member evil.demon_s ported the Xperia Framework for phones running CyanogenMod 12. Try it out and report back!

Qualcomm to Build Snapdragon 820 at Samsung Factories

According to sources familiar with Qualcomm's roadmap and Samsung's foundries, the Snapdragon 820 will be manufactured at Samsung factories.
