We’re always on the prowl for new file management options. Thankfully, there are quite a few that the talented developers here at XDA have shared on the forums. Now, XDA Senior Member leducbao hopes to make an entrance into the file manager world with AntTek.
So what sets AntTek apart from the sea of other file managers available on the Android platform? Quite a few things, actually. For starters, the file manager supports both local and remote files. Remote access can be via Windows Samba share, FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, and so on. AntTek also supports multi-threading for long tasks such as file copies, allowing you to do other things while your device moves your pr0n to that hidden folder of yours. It also supports root-level access and has built-in viewers for music, pictures, zip files, and source code. Finally, what good are all these features without a streamlined UI? Thankfully, AntTek has a fantastic user interface that makes browsing both a pleasant and efficient experience.
AntTek is currently in its third beta, and already it has amassed an extensive features list housed within its beautiful UI. We can’t wait to see its progress. Head over to the application thread and download the APK to get started.
