[APK] Google Play Store 4.8.19 Brings PayPal Payment Support

Earlier today, Hell froze over just a little bit when Google announced that PayPal payment support was on its way to the Google Play Store. At the time of the announcement, Google stated that this feature was going to be available starting today. And folks, they weren’t kidding. Google Play Store 4.8.19 has now begun making its rounds to consumer devices.
So what does Play Store 4.8.19 bring to the table over the previously available 4.6.16? Well, obviously the key new feature in this version is PayPal payment support in select regions. This feature is being made available first in 12 countries (including the US, Germany, and Canada). Paying with PayPal is as simple as selecting PayPal from the available payment options within the app.
In addition to PayPal payment support, 4.8.19 brings a couple of other notable tweaks. The first is a simplified and much more user friendly permissions menu. This is accomplished through the use of categories that are collapsed by default and can be expanded by the user. This update also adds an “Additional Information” section at the bottom of every app listing, which gives users information such as required permissions, content rating, installed size, and latest version. In addition to the more user friendly permissions menu and additional information section, 4.8.19 also brings a few minor, but noticeable UI tweaks to further refine the Play Store user experience.
This update will be gradually making its way out to consumer devices over the next few days. But of course, not every device will be in the initial wave. However, we’ve gone ahead and mirrored the APK on our Dev-Host account for your early access, sideloading pleasure.
