Gesture control is an interesting concept. When it works, it’s great. When it doesn’t work, you ending up spending more time flailing your fingers around than just clicking through to the desired result. There are many gesture control apps. XDA Senior Member and developer extraordinaire noname81, ported LMT, a Windows Mobile Launcher and Gesture control app to Android.
