For many users, the app drawer is expensive real estate. Many don’t want to flick through pages after pages of icons to find that one app to do that one thing. Many would much rather keep it neat, trimmed, and easily navigable for time and sanity’s sake. This is probably why there are quite a few all-in-one application toolbox apps out there, with many covered on the Portal in the past. Now there’s another one called AppWererabbit by XDA Forum Member HairyRobot.
Appwererabbit packs many essential functions into one convenient app. Delivered with a pleasantly smooth, clean, and aesthetically pleasing Holo-themed user interface; Appwererabbit allow users to install, remove, and backup apps, clear the device’s cache; export and important app lists for easy app restoration as well as a whole variety of other functions available. The user interface consists of a convenient bar at the bottom of the screen displaying how many apps, how much space they’re taking up, and how much space is available. Settings allow users to configure automatic backups of newly installed apps, notification of apps that can be moved to the SD card, and automatic cleaning of the cache.
Compatible with Android versions 4.0 and newer, Appwererabbit is an app of undeniable practicality, usefulness and convenience for many. Whether you want to have a minimalistic app drawer, or you like the concept of a ‘multi-function’ application, you might want to check out the application thread for more details and a free download.
