This is not exactly a XDA development, but as it is becoming available for Android, we figured we would share it with the rest of the community, particularly with those of you not aware of its existence. XDA member nebenezer found this little gem floating around in the Android market and decided to share it with the community. AR.DRone is an augmented reality game that basically uses your device as a remote control for a radio controlled toy drone. The drone is equipped with a camera, which will show you an FPS type of perspective and your objective is to shoot your opponent down. The best part is that it isn’t complete simulation as you area actually flying something (no physics engine can match real physics). It was originally designed for Apple products. However, it seems to be making its way into Android, although not through official channels. The app at this point does not support a bunch of different things, and according to the description by the dev in the market, messing with the Wifi in your Drone will void your warranty.
If you have one of these and have tried it, please share with the rest of the community your experiences.
Kinda cool. Expensive though; ~$300
