We know that the wonderful world of Android offers a wide variety of options to personalize our devices. One of them is the ability to modify our lockscreens appearance and functionality. There are many apps out there, which will give us a different lockscreen, but what if all you truly want is a locked device with no special or different overlay? In other words, what if all you want is your homescreen? Well, XDA member Marinelli.Tv comes back with yet another app to make your Android experience more… you. Hidden Lock will allow you to place an invisible lock/unlock point in your device, which is fully customizable in terms of reaction time (delay in case of accidents). This app will also allow you to lock all buttons and will completely shut off the system’s lockscreen. Lastly, the app comes loaded with other unlocking options such as a passcode option.
Certainly an app that you want to have if you want to refresh your phone, giving it a more simple feel. Please leave some feedback if you run into bugs.
*Enable/Disable default system lock : If you remove system lock, the trackball and volume keys (not all phones) can be used to wake your device from the lock-screen mode. Disabling system lock may not work properly on some phones : Security policies forces lock-screen pin or password.
*Hidden Lock widget option.
*Hidden Lock on boot option.
*Long press on search key to activate “Hidden Lock”
You can find more information in the application thread.
