When we first brought you news of the Auto Patcher, it was in its infancy. It worked just fine, but only really had a couple of features for users to enjoy, which at the time included getting PDroid and the famous V6 Supercharger script. Some time has passed, and now the Auto Patcher has been updated to 2.0. With that comes some major feature additions.

Many of the newest features are geared mostly for tablets, namely the Nexus 7. However, users of all devices now have more options—especially those who enjoy PDroid. New features aside, Auto-Patcher now runs on all 3 major operating systems—although Windows users will need Cygwin. Additionally, Auto-Patcher now creates an update.zip after you patch something which effectively serves as a backup as it keeps all of your settings and apps.
