Ever since mobile devices became popular tools for things other than business, we have seen a really strong influx of new (and old) board games being recreated in a software environment. These days you can find tons of clones of games lile Scrabble, Rubix Cube, Monopoly, and a whole bunch of others. Gravity Wins caught our eye for one particular reason, it uses phone capabilities to change the game, almost to its core but maintaining the essence of the original version. XDA member souljah2k created Gravity Wins as a clone of the ever popular Connect 4, but with the added difficulty that the pieces will fall to the bottom of your screen, depending on the device’s orientation when the board is shifted.
This is indeed a very interesting twist (no pun intended) on this incredibly addictive two player time killer. The dev is looking for feedback so if you happen to try it, please be sure to leave your thoughts behind.
Connect 4 is an enjoyable classic, but now, thanks to Android technology, you can enjoy Connect 4 with an interesting twist. Gravity Wins is based on the two-player game, however every few rounds, the board rotates changing the physics, allowing the pieces to fall into new positions depending on the gravity orientation.
