Control Your Media Player in Style With Web Remote for Phantom Music Control

Not too long ago, we brought you news of a rather substantial update for Phantom Music Control. Now, it seems as if XDA forum member Johny_G‘s innovative app has been given a wonderful extension allowing you to control your phone’s music player from the web. While the extension itself wasn’t created by the application developer, it was made by his colleague and friend Jan Knotek.
One potential use for this extension is to allow you to leave your phone docked into your audio system while using your computer to change the audio tracks from a more convenient location.
My colleague and a friend of mine Jan Knotek made a cool extension for my Phantom Music Control and asked me to present it here by myself. Phantom Remote allows you to control your phone’s music player from your web browser.
What is it good for?
It is designed for phones docked with your audio system that is out of reach. Your phone can be connected to repros and you can simply control it from your bed using notebook. It was the same case as Phantom Music Control itself – he made it for his own use and we will see if it catches up.
