Taste is something very particular and that each one of us uses to determine whether or not we like something more than a comparable item. In the case of HTC Sense, it usually ends up being a love or hate type of thing as there is no in-between. The UI is quite unique in the sense that it gives you lot of different tools to interact with, all this while making your Android experience unique. The problem with all the different tools is the fact that you have to have all said different tools on your device, and people coming from AOSP roms or simpler UIs are not exactly comfortable with the amount of bloatware placed by Sense. On the other hand, you love the app drawer and the whole Sense core gives you what you need. So, what do you do if you want the Sense framework and don’t want anything else? Surely, you can remove a lot of this stuff from your device. However, it is a very long and tedious task, or at least it used to be until XDA member Patrics83 came up with Flashable Rom Cleaner. This app, will remove most of the Sense add-ons while leaving Rosie intact as well as the core framework of Sense. Everything else, including widgets, apps, etc is completely removed. Keep in mind that this must be applied right after flashing a new Sense rom and before booting it for the first time.
Please leave a comment or two for the dev and if you find some bus, make sure that you leave some feedback as well.
Rosie does not get removed, so you will still have the HTC App Launcher!
In other words you can say this is the best way to come close to a no-sense ROM and still use HTC Sense.
