Do You Miss HTC Teeter? Try DarkMaze for Android!

Who doesn’t enjoy a good labyrinth-style game? I remember that when I purchased the Google Nexus One early last year, ditching Windows Mobile for Android was hard because meant losing one of my all time favorite games—HTC’s Teeter. Yes, there are more than a few labyrinth games available on the Android Market, but none quite had the awe-factor of HTC’s offering when it was new.
Thankfully XDA forum member zomgy has brought the old classic back with the eerily styled DarkMaze. As the name implies, it features a dark color scheme, hiding areas you haven’t covered with the fog of war. Additionally, the game’s changes extend far beyond the gorgeous visual revamp—spikes, holes, canons, power-ups, and secret buttons now stand in the way of your quest for victory.
In the words of the developer:
We are glad to present you a modern remake of the classic game “labyrinth”. In the game DarkMaze we will find yourself in a dark, poorly illuminated maze. Many dangers and puzzles will wait you in the darkness: cannons, spikes, holes, secret buttons, which can enforce a killing device… or open the door where you’ll find the exit! And, surely, there is no labyrinth without treasures!
The control in the game, the same as in the original version, is performed with an accelerometer. The game fits for both smart-phones and tablets.
This truly is a fantastic game, so you should head over to the game thread to give it a shot and leave your feedback!
