Want to create a flashable zip file containing a bunch of apps so that you can easily install them together from recovery? There are many ways to do this, some of which we have featured here earlier. How about creating a flashable zip file that lets you organize apps in groups and choose which groups or individual apps you want to install from the package, right while you’re flashing it from recovery? Now that’s something!
XDA Forum Member commandersafi has developed Aroma App Package Creator that lets you do precisely that. Based on the awesome Aroma Installer by XDA Recognized Developer amarullz (who also brought us the recovery-based Aroma File Manager), Aroma App Package Creator lets you easily create flashable zip files of your apps with neat grouping support from any computer running Java 6 or higher. Once you have created the flashable zip, simply install it from recovery and you will be able to choose the apps or groups of apps to install during the installation process itself—all from a very elegant touch interface.
