With the increased prevalence of online gaming networks such as Xbox Live and Steam, social gaming has taken over. No longer are modern gamers content with simply beating a game or getting that headshot. Instead, they need to beat the game, get the headshot, AND boast about it to their friends. Luckily, gaming achievements make it possible to show off your progress without also earning the not so coveted achievement Goodbye_real_life_friends.
In order to help users better keep track of their achievements, XDA Senior Member corlygunnz created x360a. The application, which is compatible with Ice Cream Sandwich and greater, does as it intends and shows you an achievement list for games of your choosing. In addition, it also gives you news, guides, reviews, and previews for Xbox games. The information used in the app comes from the Xbox 360 Achievements website.
Head to the application thread to get started. Currently in its first beta release, the app may be a bit buggy and may crash from time to time. However, the developer is actively working to fix these issues, and users should leave feedback in the thread.
