Does your phone have a battery? Yeah I thought it might. I’d imagine that you probably want to keep track of how much power you have left in that battery at various time of the day. Why not do so with an aesthetically pleasing and multi-purpose battery widget? Maybe you don’t actually care about your battery level and you’re just one of those people who insists on cramming as many widgets onto your homescreen as humanly possible. Either way these might be of interest.
XDA Forum Member defuzer has posted a collection of simple but well polished battery widgets, so far there are eight available ranging from a typical battery type icon to a circular style widget and even an ice cold beer. As well as displaying your current charge level, the widgets also provide some basic information when pressed including temperature and battery health. There’s also an option to change the color of the text displayed on the widget and four quick toggles allowing you to change settings for WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and display.
They should be compatible with all ROMs and devices running Android 2.1 or above. If you want to give these a try, head on over to the original thread and see which one takes your fancy._________
