Enable Capacitive Buttons for Nexus One (Desire ROMS)

If you are one of the many who have flashed a Desire ROM onto your Google Nexus One device, you may find that the capacitive buttons on your Nexus no longer light up.

To enable this, a script is required to run in the background. XDA forum member vnbuddy2002, has used GScript (lite version available free in the Market) to enable this as a temporary mod until the relevant changes are made to the kernel driver.

The feature of this mod is that the capacitive buttons will light up when your screen is on but will turn off when your screen is off.
