Enjoy Your Pics on Android Thanks to FrameMe

Difficulty:
1

The frame widget that is on available on stock Android is faulty at best and occupies quite a bit of space. XDA member PhilD41 has created an app for the hero that he is sharing for other Android users out there. The app is called FrameMe and basically is a smaller portrait widget, which only occupies 1×1 of your screen. On top of that, the app will resize the picture to full scree once you tap on it, allowing you to scroll through the different pictures in the directory where the selected picture is located.

The app is free, but there is a Donate version available if you want to get it from the alternate site. Make sure that you leave feedback for the dev if you can think of any improvements.

I originally wrote Frame me for my Hero and released it under the Hero forums. Since it should work on any phone I though I would add a thread here as well. I only have my Hero to test with so if you have something other than a Hero I would love to hear your feedback.

In short, Frame me is a 1×1 widget of a photo that enlarges to full screen when clicked.

You can find more information in the application thread.

Want your Android app noticed? Upload it to Airdrop . Get codes. Send them out. It’s free.
