Are you looking for a variant for qtADB? Maybe you were not even aware of the existence of the latter and are still torturing yourself using adb the old fashioned way. Well, if either of the above cases describes your situation, you will be happy to know that XDA member benzyniarz1 decided to go ahead and finish off his project. AndroidExplorer, as its name implies, will allow you to do pretty much everything you want to do as far as file management is concerned when you connect your device to your PC. Mount as R/W, move, copy, paste, delete, are some of the functions that can be performed with this app. If nothing else, as stated before, it is a nicely programmed alternative to other file explorers.
The app is in a rather solid beta stage right now with a bug that makes it complicated for it to handle long paths. Please take it for a spin and make sure that you leave some feedback behind, particularly if you can help the dev tackle this remaining obstacle.
The AndroidExplorer app is a program, which can help you to explore, copy, move and remove files in your device in the easites way.
You can find more information in the application thread.
