You are probably familiar with ringtone assigning programs for Smartphone devices. Basically, the apps allow a group of users or individual users to have a specific ringtone, so even without looking at the screen, you will know who calls you when. XDA member awjones has taken this concept a few steps further out with WhoIsIt Beta. The app allows the user to assign ringtones and also vibration patterns to specific users or groups. However, this not only applies to phone calls like most other apps. You can set this for SMS, MMS, and even e-mails, so in essence, you will know when you got that important contract by e-mail, even if you don’t look at your device.
The dev is looking for testers, so if you have an Android device, please check out the app and leave some feedback for the dev.
