Fix For HTC Sense 2.2.1 On Wildfire

Wildfire owners how have unlocked their boot-loaders using alpharev x running stock 2.2.1 with HTC Sense may be interested to hear of the fix that XDA forum member rickwyatt has posted in the forums.

The fix is for 2.2.1 HTC Sense where HTC wallpapers and the HTC settings wizard were not working properly, and default widgets were missing after a hard reset. The fix should work with all 2.2.1 ROMs including custom ROMs.

You’ll need to copy the file uploaded by the XDA member to your SD card, install a 2.2.1 ROM or use you backup, flash recovery recovery-clockwork-3.0.0.6-buzz or higher, flash sense-fix, hard reset and finally, reboot.
