Floating Note Taking Apps for the AT&T Galaxy Note

This isn’t the first time we’ve brought you news of floating window applications. They have been slowly gaining momentum as Android devices become more powerful and equipped with better hardware to run them more efficiently. Even so, the world could always use more floating window applications. For AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note users, you now have a few more to try out—one of which is also compatible with S-Pen.
There are a total of three applications that AT&T Note users can take advantage of. Developed by XDA Senior Member pingpongboss with thread maintenance by XDA Senior Member raghavafitt, the three applications are very simple to use. One is a floating folder application where you can stash your favorite applications. Another is the multi-purpose Stand Out App. The last is called Floating Note, and it allows Note users to scribble some notes.
While the first two are pretty basic applications, the Floating Note application actually has quite a bit of features. They include:
It’s written for the galaxy note stylus so pressure increases pen stroke width and the side button gives you the eraser.
Select ink colour by swiping your stylus along the rainbow thing on the titlebar (the little circle shows the selected colour).
Click the sidebutton when touching the rainbow to return to black.
It autosaves your note and autoloads it when the app opens again.
Resize the window with the triangle in the bottom left corner.
While there are quite a few S-Pen apps out there, this is actually the first to use a floating window interface. This can have a lot of uses, and any S-Pen development is welcome development for Note owners.
