News is what we try to get away from, but never can. And since the invention of portable electronics, getting away from the real world seems like a further impossibility. There is a saying that goes: “if you can’t beat them, you might as well join them”. So, if that was the case with you and decided to venture into the world of up to the minute news in the palm of your hand, your search may be over right here. XDA member FireZenk and his colleage d4rkb1t have just released the first beta of their app. It is called RTimeNews. This app is kind of unique in the sense that it can display the news you get in different set ups than those offered by other RSS readers. The app has the ability to show a time line progression of whatever news reach you, regardless of the source. Moreover, this app will allow you to get what you need, spending little as it does not use any sizable chunks of information, so you will not have to worry about going over your data quota.
The app is brand new and the devs state that this is a beta, and there are bugs to be deal with. So, if you are going to get the app, please make sure that you leave some feedback for the dev.
A colleague (d4rkb1t) and I have been working hard for quite some time to bring you this and I hope you enjoy it as much as we liked it (although missing a lot of work still to do, but why are the first to to test the application.)
This application will bring you a different way of reading the news. Not in terms of viewing, if not how to obtain them. And counting will go but we have designed this application in mind the following premises:
You can find more information in the application thread.
