Google Maps 5.3 for Android Available Now

Thanks to XDA member RunTimeWorld for telling us that Google Maps version 5.3 is ready to download. Among the new features included, now you can see your location history in dashboard, check in at home to know how much time you spend at “home”, and rate places on the go in Google Places with Hotspot so you can leave feedback on a specific aspect or characteristic of a place.
Download it on your device from the marketplace. It requires Android 1.6 and up.
