The HD2 aka Leo. This is the device that has been on everyone’s mouth for the last few months due to the large number of developments on it. There is everything from getting the latest 6.5 WM roms, to Android ports of all flavors (including Gingerbread), Ubuntu for those who like Linux rather than a mobile OS, WP7, Meego…. phew! Tons of development indeed, but everything comes at a price. As no one expected that much to be available for a single device, this forum has grown out of control. Quite possibly, this is the device with the most sub forums in the whole xda-developers site. In an attempt to try and keep the Android fora a bit more organized, you may have seen a couple of days ago that we made an announcement regarding the addition of the NAND section for development and roms.
In an attempt to find a viable solution before we keep porting operating systems to this device, XDA moderator dharvey4651 has come up with a different organization for the forums. He has created a poll to see what kind of acceptance this new setup is getting and so far, over 700 members have agreed to this new format. Do you think that this may work?
Cast your vote in the poll thread, if you haven’t already done it.
