How To Disable Apps With Temp Root On Your EVO 3D

Now that temporary root has been obtained on the EVO 3D, XDA Senior Member flipzmode has posted a How To on quickly and easily disabling stock applications using the package manager binary.

This method does not fully uninstall the apps (not possible as yet), but will disable them so that they can’t be run.

In Rosie, the application will disappear from the app drawer, in other launchers the application may change into the default Android icon, and you may need to hide it in your launcher.

Please bear in mind that if you disable something that the phone needs, then it may stop booting or cause force closing!
