And we keep on going with this barrage of cross breeding devices and platforms that we have had lately. This time, XDA member jzero88 brings forth this easy to follow tutorial to have a full Ubuntu version running on your Vibrant. Android devices are no strangers to running this OS and this device seems to not be the exception. The dev wrote up the tutorial with a very simple to follow step by step and provided all the files needed to make this guide a one-stop shop for all of you Ubuntu enthusiasts.
If you have any feedback regarding the guide itself, or maybe if you see any inaccuracies, make sure that you post them in the thread. Make sure that you follow the steps carefully since there is always a chance that you may end up ruining your device.

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to making this possible. We had gotten a lot of good posts.
But a big thanks goes out to danielmid84, he provided me with the link http://nexusonehacks.net/nexus-one-h…us-oneandroid/ and a custom modified script to work with our phones, thank you!!
You can find more information in the guide thread.
