XDA forum member eddieringle has created a GitHub app for Android. Hubroid allows you to search Repositories and Users, show Watched Repositories, show Followers/Following, Commit Log , Repository Network Listings, Public/Private Activity Feeds all in a neat application on your Android device (currently optimized for Android 1.5 cupcake and 1.6 donut).
