I Forgot Mobile Helps You Never Miss a Call Again

There are times when no matter how attached you might be to your mobile device, you inadvertently leave it behind. After all, we are all busy people—many of us with families with needs and wants. And needless to say, their well being comes before our little (and in the case of the Galaxy Note family, not-so-little) devices. Because of this, we are bound to forget the tools that we carry constantly.
Now, this would certainly not be an issue for many, but for those who depend on cellular technology to make a living, forgetting your cell phone at home (or anywhere for that matter) can be a rather problematic start of a day. Missed calls and messages are unacceptable, and could lead to missing out on a multi-million dollar deal or learning of other relevant news.
XDA Forum Member Sanjay RamSwamy designed a tool that takes the weight out of your shoulders in case you do forget your device. No, it is not a “locate my device” tool. Rather, it keeps you informed regarding missed calls and SMS messages while on the go, even if you do not have your phone with you. IFM (or I Forgot Mobile) is an application that sends notifications directly to your Email inbox whenever you receive a call or a SMS and you happen to miss it. The only thing that you will need to make sure is that your device is powered on and has an active data connection. This is a simple tool that could potentially save you from missing that one call you have been waiting for all week.
Sanjay is currently looking for feedback regarding bugs and glitches. Also, if you have suggestions, please make sure that you drop by the thread and let the OP know. Remember, all feedback is good feedback, particularly for ideas such as this.
