How many of you are having problems with the default GPS application on your device? I bet there are several of us having some issues. XDA member AngelDeath took upon the task to work on current GPS issues and got a script that will improve your actual location. It´s available for 62 countries around the globe and promises to make satellite locks much faster. The developer mentions that the results you get with this script may depend on your ROM, which can make a big difference, as well as your location, and weather. This is working for several devices like Inspire 4G and not only the HD2.
Please let us know whether is working or not for you. This will be helpful to fix bugs.

1.2 will be probably the last update. This due to the fact that aside from having our GPS driver not having support for true AGPS (HD2 users) this is probably the best we will be able to get our gps’s to work, I dont think anything past this point will make any difference. I may play around with removing some lines to see if it might just be taking space, but based on the various gps drivers I have tried and looked thru, I dont expect that there is any other command that could be used to improve the outcome. I am looking into a phase 2 of 1.2, but so far its very alpha, and I dont think at this point right now that it will make a difference. If we the HD2 users ever get True AGPS support in our GPS drivers, I would say it will only make our gps’s better 100x with this last release. I tested this by having HTC Inspire 4g users try 1.1 and they had amazing results (Native Android phone with AGPS support), I also had HTC Aria users try the 1.1 (Native Android Phone with AGPS Support) and they had amazing results, so it would only lead me to believe that if and when we get AGPS support, this script will make our GPS better then it is now.
And I believe this file based on my tests in the HTC Inspire forum, and the HTC Aria forum, will work and have the same SUCCESSFUL results on ANY Android Native phone with AGPS Support, if those two are any indication.
I would like to thank everyone that has tried this, most of you have had very good success, and some of you have not, do understand that a rom can make the difference, as well as your location, and despite popular belief; weather.
