Weight Chart, XDA member aitorTheRed, will allow you to keep track of your weight so that you can be conscious about your eating habits. The app features several options including multiple languages, ability to choose color schemes, set goals, even share your data with the world via Gmail. As an added bonus, for those of you in the health industry, the app can also calculate the BMI (body mass index) based on the weight and height of the individual. Best of all? The app is completely free and open source (read, no ad support).
