Having the best home screen includes having a great looking wallpaper, a good design, and now includes being able to launch applications right from there. The launcher was not made but rather recommended by XDA member iamdarren. He says the launcher is great, fast, stable and offers many options for customization.
The one i am using at the moment, is very very fast with alot of options check it out.
