A little late of an announcement but worth pointing out for those of you who have not noticed this. Late last week, we added Motorola’s latest member of the droid family to our forums. The Motorola Triumph is a step in the opposite direction for Motorola. It was likely released as a mid range phone, while it has rather good hardware, it really does not offer anything that one could call breaking. However, for those of you who are just getting started on Android, this is a pretty good device as it comes loaded with Froyo, which is nice and stable. Most of the regular features in the Motorola Droid family are present such as a 4.1 inch WVGA screen, 1 GHz processor, and a HD out port capable of putting out up to 720p video.
This is one of the largest screened devices on its range and while it may not be a match for devices like the Sensation or the Galaxy S II, it should prove to be a rather interesting development platform. So, if you have one and would like to share your thoughts or apps from this device, please do so in its new forum.
