Although the leaked Korean ROM doesn’t differ much from the standard FRF91 Froyo version, it does contain a new radio. This radio, version 32.41.00.32U_5.08.00.04, has been ripped from the original Korean ROM and is now available on the Nexus One forums, posted by XDA member G0belet. It might offer some new development possibilities for the HTC Desire as well. The new radio, which was also discovered in the Desire Froyo leak, could make it possible to hack the HTC Desire’s camera to record 720p videos, because the drivers in that specific radio are perfect for that. The 720p hack is already available on the Nexus One.

This update.zip doesn’t have the HBOOT as I have no idea how it impacts the rest of the phone and the flashing/downgrading capabilities of the phone.
Furthermore, people are experiencing better upload and download performance, signal strength and Wi-Fi speed, but some people do notice more battery drain.
You can find the download in the radio thread. Advanced Android knowledge needed.
