Newly Redesigned Maxthon Browser for Android
Posted April 18, 2011 at 03:00 pm by egzthunder1
You may recall a few months ago, we published an article about a new browser for Android called Maxthon (they have been around for a while with a PC version but they are fairly new to the Android scene). After receiving tons of feedback from our community, the developers behind this browser have been going hard at it, with all the feedback in mind, and have finally released a new version of the browser, which is a complete revamp. XDA member maxthon posted the new version and explained some of the most outstanding features in the new release. The app now enjoys multi-touch functionality with zoom (which we can only assume that means “pinch-to-zoom”), skinning support, a much improved UI, faster page loading, and much more. If you are a current Dolphin user or even a stock browser user, you definitely need to give this one a shot. You will not be disappointed.
As always, we ask that you please leave some feedback behind so that if there are any bugs and/or suggestions to make this browser even better, the devs can look at them.
It’s been a while since we last released our browser. We have been very busy coding, and we enjoy it!!
Again, we have to thank all of the wonderful folks here at XDA who provided many great suggestions to our product. This new release would not be possible without your help.
You can find more information in the browser thread.
