There have been a few tools and tweaks developed to help Android device owners push files to their mobile phones via adb, and here is another one. The difference here, however is that XDA forum member xan prefers a Windows integrated tool.
If like xan, you run a Windows Vista or Windows 7 on your PC, then you might want to be able to simply click on the ‘Send To’ menu in Windows and select your Android device.
The XDA member explains how to set this up, providing the necessary code and filenames with the prerequisites being adb and adbMagic (or similar for WiFi connection, none for USB only).
