Quickly Share to Twitter and Other Apps with Social Notification

We’ve all encountered one at some point, those people who are compelled to share every single moment of his or her day on Twitter. Whether it’s the content of their sandwich or the fact that they just got on a bus, some people just have to Tweet about it. If you, like XDA Forum Member videtonator, are one of these people, this application might be just what you’re looking for.
Social Notification will allow to share whatever is on your mind, directly from the notification tray of your Android device. The app creates an ever present notification that opens up a text box for sharing your thoughts to not only Twitter, but any other application capable of receiving shared text such as Facebook, Gmail, Messaging, and so on. As the app was designed primarily with Twitter in mind, there are also options like sending a direct message and URL shortening via bit.ly. You don’t even need to actually share the text to shorten a link, which is handy.
The main benefit of the application is obviously that you don’t need to stray far from the application you were previously using to send text elsewhere, making this much more useful than simply an ever present Twitter updater. Check out the application thread if you think this might be of use to you.
