Re-Lock Your XPERIA X10 Bootloader!

Yesterday we wrote about how the XPERIA X8 and X10 bootloaders had been unlocked by XDA forum member the_laser. Now from the same developer, we present a treat to those who unlocked their bootloaders a bit too hastily.

This tool allows users to re-lock their bootloaders for warranty purposes. The only requirements are flash-mode USB drivers and, of course, yesterday’s unlocked bootloader. In the words of the developer:

Greetings.

run attached tool, press “restore”
required flash mode drivers and unlocked bootloader

support both 7227,8250 phones.

Continue on to the original thread to return to full, warrantied glory. Be careful, though, as modifying the bootloader always involves an inherent risk.
