Relive Boulder Dash or Supaplex On Your Android With DroidPlex

We all love retro gaming. It is the one and only reason why emulators for things like Commodore 64, Atari, etc. still exist (and are popular) in this day and age. This time, XDA member visrealm brings us DroidPlex, which is not really an emulator, but rather a port of Supaplex, which in turn is a remake of an even older game called BoulderDash for the Commodore 64 and arcade. The objective of the game is rather simple. You need to collect as many treasures as you can by digging through the ground in front, above, and underneath you. However, you must be careful with the boulders as they will turn you into a flapjack if you take the ground that is keeping it in place. The puzzles are addictive in general, and the dev has made a wonderful job in recreating the Supaplex version for Android.
If you are an 80’s nostalgic child and would like to try the game, or if you simply want to post some feedback for the dev, please get it from the market.
I’ve recently released my first Android title: DroidPlex!
The 1991 classic game Supaplex now faithfully re-created for your Android. If you liked Supaplex or Boulder Dash, you will love this. Also great for kids.
The first 7 original levels are playable in this Lite version.
You can find more information in the game thread.
