Remove Old Clutter with Batch Cleanup for G2x

Sometimes a device just needs
a little a lot of extra cleaning. Be it from applications that leave behind folders and files after an uninstall or add-ons and scripts, Android flashers often need a supreme wipe to clean out the partitions. This option is now available on the LG G2x. XDA Forum Member mansa_noob has release an application called Cleanup Batch that will wipe every conceivable thing off of every partition on your phone.
Okay, so wiping is a bit inaccurate. What the application actually does is re-create all the partitions, destroying all remaining data in the process. Says mansa_noob:
The contents of the zip file can be used to super clean G2X before a new ROM flash. This tool recreates all the partitions in the phone so wipes the pointers to all files (everything). The method it employes has existed from before. The files here will stop short of pushing a ROM, so that you can push your favorite ROM.
This allows for a super fresh, completely clean new ROM install that will take care of any potential lingering traces from previous ROMs. While it’s just nice to have that clean flash feeling, this tool can solve a number of problems, including a Bluetooth problem that mansa_noob was having prior to using the tool. Using it to wipe all modified partitions and recreating them, any incompatible modifications that aren’t wiped conventionally are solved.
