If you’re kind of person who frequently deals with image files, whether it’s for theming or app development, you’ll no doubt agree that it can sometimes be a real nuisance to resize many images at a time. However XDA Forum Member 2lines.pl has been kind enough to put together a simple yet nifty application that might make things a little easier for you.
Dev-drawable is tool that aims to take some of the hassle out of the process of adapting your work to different screen sizes by allowing you to resize either single or multiple images with just one click. Simply select the image or .zip file containing your images, and let its do its thing. The images are automatically scaled from xhdpi to ldpi and saved to your SD card in the applications designated folder, there’s also the option to view a log of the process if you wish. You should then be left with a set of images suitable for making your application or theme better suited to devices of different sizes.
The app runs on Android 2.1 and upward. So if you think this might be of use to you, head on over to the original release thread and see what’s what._________
