BlinkFeed on the HTC One generally seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it affair. Many enjoy the convenience of having a collection of relevant news available at one’s fingertips. Others feel that the feature is unnecessary and just serves as another example of bloatware. If your opinion happens to fall somewhere in between, however, you probably left the default Sense launcher intact, but you changed your default home screen to another screen.
One unfortunate side effect of switching default home screens is that you are no longer able to tap the home button to return to the top of the BlinkFeed list. Instead, pressing the home button will take you to the default home screen. Thankfully, XDA Forum Member Mantelinho came up with a simple Xposed module that brings back this functionality for those who like BlinkFeed but refuse to leave it as their primary screen. Except now, you return to the top of the BlinkFeed list by tapping the back button.
Mantelinho’s modification comes in the form of an Xposed module, so you need to have XDA Recognized Developer rovo89‘s Xposed Framework (thread) installed. And since it comes as an Xposed module, installation is as simple as downloading the module, activating it, and rebooting.
