XDA member GlobaL_TroTTer let us know about an application found on the market. PAW Server is a Web Server for Android devices. With this app, you can use the functionality of your device from a web browser, server your own web pages, develop phone enabled web applications, or host your own website on it. The software is still in beta and it´s working on WiFi only for now. The latest version includes the ability to share content between Android and browser via the Android share function and now Broadcast Receivers are supported. The developer has included full instructions to get it working.
The application can be found on the Market as usual.

*edit- For some reason, this thread got posted in Android Software and Hacking general instead of Android apps and games

But what many people do not realise is that you can host your own website on it, wherever you go. Though this will only work over wifi, you can optionally do some port forwarding to make the site accessible over the internet.
To put a custom website on the server, do the following
1. Install PAW Server for android.
2. Mout your phone’s SD-Card On your computer
3. This step has two options:
You can find more information in the application thread.
