The higher-end devices aren’t the only ones that can partake in the Ice Cream Sandwich feast. Those with the minimum-spec’ed Samsung Galaxy Mini can now download and flash a CM9-ICS based ROM with everything working except the Live Wallpaper, plus some glitches with the camera.
