HTC Sense is HTC’s UI overlay that is built into OEM Android Roms, and by rooting your phone, you have the option to remove it. Some people like it because it is feature packed but others suggest that it also is a big memory hog.
Why not have the best of both worlds? XDA member JAguirre1231 has done a little modification to ADWLauncher and given it the sense look. Currently this mod is only for MDPI devices only.
