If you are interested in accessing the hidden menus on your Samsung Galaxy S, XDA forum member uiterlix has written a neat little toolbox that does just that and more.
The app displays the product code of the relevant bin and bak files allowing you to monitor any change to the product code after a firmware update, provides quick access to several special dialer code menus, and allows you to check for the latest firmware available through KIES. Additionally, the toolbox provides an option to reboot and reboot into recovery.
For more information and to try out SGS Toolbox, head on over to the application thread.
