Stay On Top Of Things With Network Tools For Android

For those of you who work in the IT world, you will absolutely love this app, which was created by XDA member westward. Network Tools basically will allow you to be on top of all your networked devices such as security systems, local area networks, and everything that you can connect to the net. In essence, the app will scan and monitor all the systems that you tell it to watch at regular or preset intervals and will check the connectivity status of all of them. If, for whatever reason, they are non-responsive, the app will alert you, letting you know exactly which one of the systems went down. All this, from the comfort of your Android powered device. So, if you needed to go out for a walk but was concerned about that DDoS attack taking place in your system… now is your chance. You will know exactly when this takes place, so you will be able to rush back to take any and all corrective action. The app also comes with a few extra tools such as ping and traceroute, for diagnosing network problems.
Please leave some feedback for the dev and suggest anything that you would like to add to the app to make it more functional.
I have created a new application, Network Tools.
Basic idea of this app is periodic monitoring of websites, servers, routers, surveillance systems, etc. After a specified period of time the resource is checked, in case of failure user will get a warning. Such control will allow you to respond quickly to encountered problems.
You can find more information in the application thread.
