Your Android phone or tablet isn’t just for calling, texting, work, flashing, modding, and so on. It’s also probably the family entertainment center, with the device able to stream your favorite movies right onto your TV or your favorite music through the home speakers. For many users out there, the Android device is also the children’s favorite toy, with the endless variety of games available for their pleasure. Now, they can have their own unicorn to play with.
Developed by XDA Forum Member aagames, Unicorn Pet is a virtual pet game where the player takes care of a unicorn, much like the classic ‘Tamagochis that were the craze of children everywhere a 10 years ago. Presented with splendid 3D graphics, the game allows the player nurture an adorable unicorn foal in a pleasant green grassland. The goal is for the player to sustain the unicorn’s happiness, hygiene, and hunger levels. A variety of actions can be performed, such as feeding the unicorn various foods, petting the unicorn to raise happiness, and even riding the unicorn with a built-in mini-game. In the mini-game, the player must steer their unicorn past and over obstacles while collecting coins. Coins can then be spent in the market for a selection of items and upgrades such as structures and decorations for the unicorn’s home, other foodstuffs, and potions with perks.
With a quite a bit more features not yet covered, aagames has developed an enjoyable game that captures players’ interests and commitment. Possibly a game more aimed at the young ones of the family, Unicorn Pet is sure to entertain the target audience well. It’s compatible with Android versions 2.1 and newer, and can be downloaded for free from the Play store. So if this interests you, check out the original thread for more details.
