In the old days of the TouchPro1 and Diamond One, colored notifications were very popular, and now one forum member is bring it back to the Nexus One. The new application is called TrackballColorNotify, and since its original release in early February, it was updated with some new enhancements.
The application is free and after you see the features, I am sure you’ll want to grab a copy. The requirements are pretty simple, you need a Nexus One, it must be rooted and you need to disable some things.
