Trust: Event Logger Helps You Find the Problem

We’ve spent the last few weeks telling you about logcat. This includes what it is and why it’s useful, as well as some apps to help make it easier. Since logs are always important in finding bugs and fixing them, it’s in the best interest of anyone troubleshooting a problem to have access to logs. Now, there’s an application available that will keep logs of practically everything going on with your device.
Developed by XDA Recognized Developer Dark3n, the application is called Trust: Event Logger. Trust keeps track of almost any important action on your device to help with troubleshooting a number of issues. A few of the things this app will monitor includes:
Screen on/off events
Loss of wifi/cell connectivity
This can help track down any number of issues, especially on devices that frequently lose WiFi or cell signal. Those kinds of issues are surprisingly common. The only issue with the application is that it only shows the last 24 hours of activities. This is probably good for your storage space, but may not help if you’re investigating a problem long term.
