Universal MIUI Theme Editor

One of the biggest appeals of Android—aside from it being open source—is the ability to customize every aspect to get a completely individual and unique experience. Users and developers alike have used countless tools, ROMs, themes, modifications, and whatever else they can get their hands to customize their Android experience.
MIUI users running Windows now have another tool, with which to customize Android. XDA Forum Member Clever_Name_Here has released a PC based tool that will allow the average user to theme their MIUI ROM manually. The Theme Editor includes a number of features, including the ability to change things like the splash screen, boot animation, re-sizing and editing icons in various ways, and even features a text editor for those aficionados who would rather edit the code. Additionally, the PC app will be supported for quite some time, and the developer is asking for feature suggestions on future releases. Need a little more? The themes created in the theme editor should be compatible with all iterations of MIUI no matter what phone it is running on.
